If a defect in workmanship directly related to Emergency Plumbing Hero LLC's installation or repair is discovered during the warranty period, Emergency Plumbing Hero LLC will, at its sole option, repair or correct the defective workmanship at no additional labor charge to the original customer. Warranty Limitations This workmanship warranty applies only to labor performed by Emergency Plumbing Hero LLC and does not extend to: Manufacturer defects or failures of materials, fixtures, appliances, equipment, or products. Customer-supplied materials, fixtures, faucets, water heaters, filtration systems, or other equipment. Existing plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, drains, sewers, or components not directly serviced during the work performed. Normal wear and tear. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, freezing, corrosion, chemical exposure, hard water conditions, acts of nature, natural disasters, shifting foundations, or other conditions beyond the contractor's control. Drain stoppages caused by roots, grease, wipes, foreign objects, scale buildup, or recurring conditions unless specifically covered in writing. Repairs or alterations performed by others after Emergency Plumbing Hero LLC completes the work. Customer Responsibilities The customer must provide Emergency Plumbing Hero LLC with reasonable access to inspect any claimed warranty issue before repairs are performed by others. Failure to provide such opportunity may void this warranty. Any warranty claim must be reported promptly upon discovery of the issue. Transferability This workmanship warranty is extended solely to the original customer identified on this invoice or agreement and is non-transferable upon sale, lease, or transfer of the property unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Emergency Plumbing Hero LLC. Exclusive Remedy Repair or correction of defective workmanship shall be the customer's sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. Emergency Plumbing Hero LLC shall not be responsible for incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, loss of profits, water damage, mold remediation, hotel expenses, or similar costs, except where prohibited by law.
