These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of EmergencyPlumbingHero.com and related webpages, forms, features, and content operated by Emergency Plumbing Hero LLC.

In these Terms, “Emergency Plumbing Hero,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Emergency Plumbing Hero LLC. “You” and “your” refer to each visitor or user of the website.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the website, you acknowledge these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the website.

1. Company Information

Emergency Plumbing Hero LLC is an Arizona residential and commercial plumbing contractor based in Glendale, Arizona.

Arizona Registrar of Contractors License: ROC #349522

Emergency Plumbing Hero principally serves customers in Phoenix, Glendale, and surrounding West Valley and greater Phoenix-area communities.

2. Website Terms Versus Plumbing-Service Agreements

These Terms govern use of our website. They do not, by themselves, create a plumbing-service contract, authorize work, establish a final price, or replace a signed estimate, proposal, work order, invoice, warranty, financing agreement, or other service document.

Plumbing work is governed by the written documents applicable to that particular job, including any:

  • Estimate or proposal;

  • Scope of work;

  • Work authorization;

  • Change order;

  • Invoice;

  • Payment agreement;

  • Warranty terms;

  • Manufacturer warranty;

  • Financing agreement; or

  • Other agreement signed or accepted by the customer and Emergency Plumbing Hero.

If these Website Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls with respect to that plumbing project.

Nothing on this website is intended to waive or limit rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law or Arizona Registrar of Contractors requirements.

3. No Service Contract Created by Website Use

Visiting the website, submitting a form, requesting an appointment, sending a message, or receiving an automated confirmation does not:

  • Guarantee that we will accept a service request;

  • Guarantee an appointment or arrival time;

  • Require us to dispatch a plumber;

  • Establish a final diagnosis or price;

  • Authorize plumbing work;

  • Reserve materials or equipment;

  • Create a warranty;

  • Establish a contractor-customer relationship; or

  • Create an obligation to perform services.

A service relationship begins only after Emergency Plumbing Hero accepts the requested work and any required estimate, authorization, or service agreement has been approved.

We may decline or discontinue a service request when reasonably necessary, subject to existing contractual and legal obligations.

4. Emergency and Safety Information

The website provides general plumbing and emergency-shutoff information for educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional evaluation of the actual conditions at a property.

Website forms, email, social-media messages, and other electronic communications may not be monitored continuously and should not be used when an immediate response is necessary.

For a life-threatening emergency, fire, suspected gas emergency, electrical hazard, structural danger, or other immediate threat to personal safety, call 911 or the appropriate utility or emergency authority.

When water is actively leaking, shut off the affected fixture or main water supply only if you can do so safely. Avoid contact with sewage, contaminated water, standing water near electrical sources, unstable structures, and other dangerous conditions.

Do not rely solely on website instructions when conditions require an on-site professional or emergency responder.

5. Availability and Response Times

Emergency Plumbing Hero may advertise that plumbing assistance is available 24 hours a day. This describes our ability to receive or respond to service inquiries and does not guarantee:

  • Immediate telephone pickup;

  • Immediate dispatch;

  • A particular arrival time;

  • Availability of a particular technician;

  • Availability of parts or equipment;

  • Same-day completion; or

  • Acceptance of every requested job.

Response and arrival times depend on technician availability, location, traffic, weather, current emergencies, safety conditions, parts, job complexity, call volume, and other circumstances.

Scheduled appointment windows are estimates unless a written service agreement expressly states otherwise.

6. Estimates, Website Prices, and Promotions

Prices, offers, coupons, financing examples, savings claims, and service descriptions displayed on the website are subject to their stated conditions and expiration dates.

Unless expressly identified as a final written price:

  • Website prices are informational estimates only;

  • Telephone or message-based estimates are preliminary;

  • Final pricing may require an on-site inspection;

  • Pricing may change based on actual site conditions;

  • Permit, code, access, material, disposal, excavation, restoration, after-hours, diagnostic, or additional-work costs may apply; and

  • A displayed price may apply only to the specific service, equipment, scope, or conditions described.

No additional work will be performed or charged without authorization when customer authorization is required.

Promotions cannot be combined unless the promotion expressly allows combination. Promotions have no cash value and may be modified or discontinued, but changes will not alter a promotion already incorporated into an accepted written agreement.

7. Appointments, Access, and Customer Responsibilities

A customer requesting service is responsible for providing accurate contact, location, ownership, authorization, and property information.

The customer or an authorized adult must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and service area.

Before work begins, customers should disclose known conditions that may affect safety or the work, including:

  • Hazardous materials;

  • Asbestos or suspected asbestos;

  • Mold or sewage contamination;

  • Aggressive animals;

  • Electrical hazards;

  • Unsafe structures;

  • Restricted access;

  • Private utility lines;

  • Previous repairs or modifications;

  • Known code violations;

  • Property-owner or landlord restrictions; and

  • Other dangerous or concealed conditions.

We may pause, reschedule, decline, or stop work when access is unavailable or when conditions create a safety, legal, licensing, or operational concern.

Any appointment cancellation, trip, diagnostic, dispatch, or missed-appointment charge will apply only when it has been disclosed and agreed to where required.

8. Property Authorization

By requesting plumbing service, you represent that you are:

  • The property owner;

  • A tenant, manager, agent, contractor, or other person authorized by the property owner; or

  • Otherwise legally authorized to request the inspection or work.

You are responsible for obtaining required owner, landlord, property-manager, association, insurer, or other third-party approval.

Emergency Plumbing Hero may request reasonable proof of authority before performing work.

9. Website Information Is General Information

Website content may describe common plumbing problems, materials, methods, equipment, symptoms, maintenance practices, and possible solutions.

Actual plumbing conditions can differ substantially from what is visible or described online. Website information is not:

  • A complete diagnosis;

  • A guarantee that a particular solution is appropriate;

  • Engineering advice;

  • Environmental or mold-remediation advice;

  • Insurance coverage advice;

  • Legal advice;

  • A code-compliance determination;

  • A permit determination; or

  • A substitute for an on-site inspection.

Building codes, manufacturer requirements, utility requirements, product availability, and accepted plumbing methods may change. We may revise website information without prior notice.

10. Customer-Submitted Information and Media

You may be able to submit names, contact information, property information, plumbing descriptions, photographs, videos, documents, reviews, or messages.

You represent that:

  • Prepare an estimate;

  • Provide and document services;

  • Maintain business and warranty records;

  • Communicate with involved parties at your direction;

  • Address disputes or legal claims; and

  • Comply with applicable law.

Submitting service photographs or videos does not automatically authorize their use in advertising. Marketing use of identifiable customer or property content will require permission or another lawful basis.

Information submitted through the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Reviews and Testimonials

Customers may provide honest reviews, feedback, photographs, videos, or other evaluations of their actual experiences.

Nothing in these Terms prohibits or penalizes an honest review or transfers ownership of a customer’s review to Emergency Plumbing Hero.

We may:

  • Respond to reviews;

  • Correct demonstrably false factual information;

  • Report content that violates a platform’s rules;

  • Request removal of unlawful, defamatory, threatening, fraudulent, confidential, or privacy-violating material; and

  • Display a review when permitted by the reviewer, applicable law, and the relevant platform.

We will not knowingly purchase fake reviews, present fabricated testimonials as genuine, or condition an incentive on the requirement that a review express a particular positive sentiment.

Individual results and experiences may vary based on property conditions, system age, maintenance history, product selection, scope of work, access, and other circumstances.

12. Communications

When you provide a telephone number or email address in connection with a service request, you authorize us to contact you about that request, including for:

  • Scheduling;

  • Dispatch;

  • Technician arrival;

  • Estimates;

  • Work authorization;

  • Service updates;

  • Invoices;

  • Payments;

  • Warranty administration; and

  • Customer support.

Submitting a general service-request form does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive automated, prerecorded, artificial-voice, or recurring promotional messages where separate consent is legally required.

Marketing messages will be sent only as permitted by law and subject to any consent or opt-out requirements that apply.

Text-message and telephone carrier charges may apply.

13. Payments and Financing

Payment obligations for plumbing services are governed by the applicable estimate, work order, invoice, financing agreement, or other service document.

Website statements do not independently create:

  • A late fee;

  • An interest charge;

  • A recurring-payment authorization;

  • A collection charge;

  • A lien right;

  • A financing obligation; or

  • Permission to store payment-card information.

Any such term must be contained in the applicable agreement and permitted by law.

Payment processing may be provided by an independent payment processor. Emergency Plumbing Hero may not directly receive or retain complete payment-card information processed through that provider.

Financing may be offered through an independent financing company. Financing is subject to the provider’s:

  • Application requirements;

  • Credit approval;

  • Interest rates;

  • Fees;

  • Payment terms;

  • Privacy practices;

  • Adverse-action procedures; and

  • Separate contracts.

Emergency Plumbing Hero does not guarantee financing approval and does not control an independent provider’s credit decision.

14. Warranties

Any workmanship or product warranty is limited to the warranty actually stated in the applicable invoice, work order, service agreement, or manufacturer documentation.

Website statements such as “warrantied work,” “quality workmanship,” “lasting solutions,” or similar descriptions do not independently create a warranty with a particular duration or scope.

Warranty coverage may vary according to:

  • The work performed;

  • Materials or equipment installed;

  • Manufacturer terms;

  • Customer-supplied materials;

  • Existing plumbing conditions;

  • Maintenance;

  • Subsequent work by others;

  • Water quality;

  • Misuse or neglect;

  • External damage; and

  • Other terms stated in the applicable warranty document.

Nothing in these Terms excludes obligations or customer rights imposed by applicable law or Arizona Registrar of Contractors requirements.

15. Third-Party Websites and Services

The website may link to or incorporate services provided by third parties, including:

  • Financing providers;

  • Payment processors;

  • Review platforms;

  • Mapping services;

  • Social-media platforms;

  • Manufacturers;

  • Video providers;

  • Scheduling systems; and

  • Other websites or applications.

A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, partnership, guarantee, or representation concerning the third party.

Independent third parties control their own content, availability, security, terms, pricing, and privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

16. Acceptable Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content—including text, original photographs, graphics, logos, icons, page designs, videos, service descriptions, and branding—is owned by or licensed to Emergency Plumbing Hero LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Emergency Plumbing Hero, Emergency Plumbing Hero LLC, related logos, and the slogan “When plumbing attacks, heroes have your back” may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization.

You may view and print limited website content for personal, noncommercial evaluation of our services. No other license is granted without written authorization.

Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

18. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure, or available.

The website may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, hosting failures, security events, software problems, communications interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may change, suspend, remove, or discontinue website features without notice. This does not affect obligations already established in an accepted plumbing-service agreement.

We do not warrant that:

20. Limitation of Liability for Website Use

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emergency Plumbing Hero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from:

  • Inability to access the website;

  • Reliance on general website information without obtaining an appropriate inspection;

  • Website interruptions;

  • Third-party links or services;

  • Unauthorized interference with website systems; or

  • User-submitted inaccurate information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability when exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. This section does not determine liability arising from plumbing work governed by a separate service agreement.

21. Responsibility for Misuse

You are responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, intentional violation of these Terms, fraudulent submission, infringement of another person’s rights, or introduction of malicious code.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Emergency Plumbing Hero for the Company’s own negligence, unlawful conduct, breach of contract, or violation of non-waivable legal obligations.

22. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms for purposes of explaining website data practices, but it does not convert every privacy statement into a plumbing-service warranty.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when our website, services, business practices, vendors, or legal obligations change.

The current version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law or an accepted written agreement provides otherwise. Changes to website terms do not retroactively alter an existing signed plumbing-service agreement.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except when another jurisdiction’s non-waivable law applies.

Subject to applicable law and any controlling written service agreement, disputes concerning website use may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona.

These Terms do not:

  • Require arbitration;

  • Waive a right to file a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors or another government agency;

  • Prohibit an honest consumer review;

  • Eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived; or

  • Prevent either party from seeking remedies available under applicable law.

25. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect where legally permitted.

26. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

27. Entire Website Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement concerning use of the website.

They do not replace the separate agreements governing plumbing services, financing, payment processing, warranties, or other transactions.
